Potato Cannons

Shooting a potato with a hair-spray powered ABS cannon is more fun one can possible imagine. I began building potato cannons only a few months ago, but it has quickly developed into one of my favorite hobbies. My original cannon is constructed from ABS pipe, has a 4 foot barrel, runs off of SUAVE hairspray, and can fling a potato (or lemon, or anything else really) several hundred yards. I am now working on the Potato Cannon Mark II, which will feature a pressure rated PVC body, a regulated propane injection system, a fan to mix the air and fuel in the chamber, and a multi-spark ignition system.
